Job Description
- Monitor learner class attendance and follow up on absenteeism or late coming.
- Coordinate learner transport or movement to workplace sites where applicable.
- Allocate and confirm learner workplace placements with site supervisors.
- Maintain learner placement schedules, attendance records and task trackers.
- Follow up on workplace learning activities and supervisor confirmations.
- Report weekly on attendance, transport, placement and task progress.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Two (2) years’ experience in logistics, operations, learner coordination, scheduling or site administration.
- Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams skills.
- Good communication, planning and problem-solving ability.
- Valid driver’s licence advantageous where site visits are required.
