Job Description
- Deliver high levels of customer and internal service excellence.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide alternative solutions where needed.
- Manage projects and online campaigns from start to finish within agreed deadlines.
- Manage storefront uploads and ensure all online content is uploaded accurately and on time.
- Quality assess final content to ensure it meets brand standards, campaign objectives, and is free from errors or omissions before publishing deadlines.
- Ensure product uploads, stock availability, and website updates are completed without delays.
- Maintain accurate product attributes, grouping, naming conventions, and taxonomy within the omni system.
- Manage and update taxonomy to ensure products are correctly categorised and linked online.
- Ensure product images are received and sent to studio timeously to support launch deadlines.
- Coordinate effectively with marketing, studio, distribution centre, and other internal teams to meet campaign and trading requirements.
- Align online content with promotional calendars, marketing campaigns, and seasonal launches.
- Support the rollout and execution of time-based campaigns and promotions.
- Identify opportunities to improve website content and create a customer-centric online experience.
- Monitor stock flow, sales performance, markdowns, and other key trading KPIs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders regarding upcoming promotions, marketing campaigns, and project status updates.
- Display strong attention to detail, organisation, and effective time management.
- Stay informed on fashion trends, customer behaviour, and innovative retail practices.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- 1–3 years’ experience in an Online Merchant or similar role.
- Experience in e-commerce, online trading, or digital retail environments is advantageous.
