- Follow standard recipes and preparation procedures.
- Ensure correct storage and labelling of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness of preparation areas and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist grillers and cooks when required.
- Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation tasks.
- Support waste reduction initiatives.
- Comply with food safety regulations.
Requirements
