Job Description

  • Coordinate learner enrolments, programme files and documentation.
  • Track class attendance, workplace attendance and learner progress.
  • Liaise with providers, facilitators, learners and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on programme progress and risks.
  • Assist with SETA/QCTO compliance, audits and evidence packs.
  • Follow up on outstanding documents, assessment evidence and learner queries.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Relevant HR, training, education or administration qualification advantageous.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in learnership, training or skills development administration.
  • Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and reporting ability.
