Programme Coordinator (Learnerships)

Job Description
- Coordinate learner enrolments, programme files and documentation.
- Track class attendance, workplace attendance and learner progress.
- Liaise with providers, facilitators, learners and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on programme progress and risks.
- Assist with SETA/QCTO compliance, audits and evidence packs.
- Follow up on outstanding documents, assessment evidence and learner queries.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Relevant HR, training, education or administration qualification advantageous.
- Two (2) years’ experience in learnership, training or skills development administration.
- Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication and reporting ability.
