Job Description

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, providing personalized assistance to meet their automotive needs.
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing detailed product knowledge and handling inquiries effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, allowing you to develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring superb customer service at all stages of the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns that drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, including specifications, features, and pricing to accurately inform customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and provide sales reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of vehicle presentations and demonstrations to prospective buyers.

Requirements

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive sector or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and closing deals successfully.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required.

- Experience in the used car market or familiarity with automotive sales processes.
- Certification in sales or automotive-related training is advantageous.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing options and related paperwork is a plus.
