- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assess client needs and recommend service plans or products accordingly.

- Maintain detailed and accurate service records, including customer interactions and service recommendations.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure thorough understanding of service requirements.
- Follow up with clients post-service to assess satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to promote additional products and services that enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively advise customers.

Requirements

- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and appointments effectively.
- Demonstrable experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software to manage customer records and service schedules.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Relevant certifications in customer service or automotive service management.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and service processes is advantageous.
- Bilingualism is considered a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
