Snr Technical Assistant: Sewer Mainlines

Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance, modification, installation, construction, renovation and repair of equipment and machinery
- Develop a short-term delivery plan and execute agreed and approved plans within policy, procedures and precent.
- Effectively utilise resources allocated to the job in order to perform contracted work outputs and report on and escalate any short falls.
- Identify and resolve queries and problems timeously, apply discretion in line with provided guidelines and escalate unresolved problems
- Perform inspections and ensure that complemented own and teamwork adheres to governance and legislative requirements
- Ensure financial processes adheres to specific standards, policies, Acts and SOPs to prevent and reduce wastage on financial resources and escalate associated risk
- Maintaining professional interaction and ensure ethical dealing with stakeholders at all times.
- Efficiently and effective attend to customer’s complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Professional registration as a candidate technician
- Applicable driver's license
- Computer literacy
- 3 years' experience in similar environment
