Job Description
- To contribute to the identification of Learning and Development needs and coordinate the plans behind the design, development, management and delivery of Learning and Development solutions.
- Identify basic L&D needs within assigned areas.
- Support the design and scheduling of training programs.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
- Coordinate program logistics and participant enrollment.
- Document feedback for training improvements.
- Maintain and update training schedules.
- Provide administrative support to trainers.
- Ensure compliance with L&D protocols.
Requirements
- High School / School Diploma or similar
- Experience: 3+ relevant years
