Production Supervisor

Job Description
- Managing, Leading and Controlling: Oversee daily production operations, lead the production team, and ensure effective control of resources to meet operational objectives
- Production and Quality Standards: Ensure all products are manufactured in line with company quality standards and production targets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Training: Identify training needs, facilitate on-the-job training, and support the development of team members to enhance skills and productivity
- Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, address disciplinary matters where necessary, and drive a high-performance culture
- Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and compile regular reports on output, efficiency, and quality metrics for management review
- Teamwork and Self-Management: Foster a collaborative team environment while demonstrating accountability, initiative, and effective self-management in achieving departmental goals
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Relevant qualification in Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
