Job Description

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information regarding services and products.
- Manage service requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in our internal systems.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing service appointments, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of service procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze service reports to identify trends and enhance service offerings.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay current with product knowledge and service standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Competent in using computer systems and software, including CRM and handling service management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, exhibiting a proactive attitude to problem-solving.

- Experience in the automotive, telecommunications, or similar industry is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in customer service or administration will be a plus.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate service performance.
- Knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and its implications in the workplace.
