Leadership & Team Development
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team success.

Performance Management & Accountability
• Manage recurring performance concerns and misconduct fairly and consistently.
• Apply company procedures, systems, and disciplinary processes where necessary.

• Ensure team responsibilities and operational standards are consistently maintained.

Decision-Making & Team Engagement

• Ensure supplier meetings are conducted regularly by team members.
• Oversee collaboration and handovers between Sales and Operations teams.
• Manage leave planning proactively to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company best practices, procedures, and service standards.
• Monitor client credit facilities and follow up on outstanding matters.
