Job Description
- Analyse, develop and implement skills requirements within the department
- Execute, monitor the implementation of personnel development plans of employees and report accordingly
- Prepare a system and circulate skills audit questionnaire to complete the current skills level developmental requirements and career aspirations
- Assess the effectiveness of the plan to meet objectives of the IDP against specific measures reflecting cost, time and quality content
- Ensure staff receives the necessary skills and development learning interventions to ensure efficient and quality service delivery
- Coordinate training interventions, liaise with service providers, compile and update statistical information on training completed, attendance levels and targets achieved
- Prepare reports outlining objectives and accomplished outcomes, verify payment of invoices of service provider
Requirements
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management / Development or equivalent relevant qualification (NQF6)
- Skills Development Facilitation Certificate
- Computer Literacy
- Drivers Licence
- 2 years' experience in a similar environment
