Job Description

  • Analyse, develop and implement skills requirements within the department
  • Execute, monitor the implementation of personnel development plans of employees and report accordingly
  • Prepare a system and circulate skills audit questionnaire to complete the current skills level developmental requirements and career aspirations
  • Assess the effectiveness of the plan to meet objectives of the IDP against specific measures reflecting cost, time and quality content
  • Ensure staff receives the necessary skills and development learning interventions to ensure efficient and quality service delivery
  • Coordinate training interventions, liaise with service providers, compile and update statistical information on training completed, attendance levels and targets achieved
  • Prepare reports outlining objectives and accomplished outcomes, verify payment of invoices of service provider

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Human Resources Management / Development or equivalent relevant qualification (NQF6)
  • Skills Development Facilitation Certificate
  • Computer Literacy
  • Drivers Licence
  • 2 years' experience in a similar environment
