Traffic Officer learnerships are highly competitive. The program usually runs for 12 months and includes both theoretical training at a Traffic College and practical training on the road.

The Z83 Form Government applications require the New Z83 Form. Ensure you have downloaded and practiced filling out the latest version of this form. An incomplete or old Z83 form is the number one reason applications are rejected.

Physical Fitness You will be required to pass a physical assessment. Start training now by focusing on running and general cardiovascular fitness to ensure you can meet the physical demands of the role.

No Criminal Record (Police Clearance).

Proof of Residence.

Valid Code B Driving Licence (Manual transmission is essential).

Identity Document (Green book or Smart Card).

Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
